Water District Financial Documents Missing

Directors of the Sacramento Suburban Water District were told Monday that key financial documents are missing, including explanations for $118,000 in checks issued to district managers.
The look at the finances comes after allegations that managers and board members accumulated undocumented income through travel reimbursements and questionable use of district credit cards.
