Rules Would Allow Patients 99 Pot Plants

Medical marijuana patients could grow as many as 99 pot plants under guidelines proposed by Humboldt County Dist. Atty. Paul Gallegos.
The guidelines are far more liberal than were allowed by Gallegos’ predecessor, Terry Farmer, who permitted patients to have 10 plants.
