Voters to Determine City’s Growth Policy

Voters will decide Nov. 4 whether to keep the city’s growth boundary and ban homes near Travis Air Force Base.
A City Council vote Tuesday put the questions on the ballot, giving voters authority to set growth policies though 2020.
Voters will also decide whether to keep a ban on homes in areas where plane noise averages 60 decibels or higher.
