Los Angeles police officials sought the public’s help Tuesday in finding two boys who recently disappeared from separate locations in the east San Fernando Valley.

Police suspect the boys may be runaways and said they have no evidence of foul play.

Eric Sailor, 11, was last seen about 8:30 a.m. Monday getting off a school bus in front of Mt. Gleason Middle School in Sunland, said Officer Rosa Pena of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The bus driver was unaware that Sailor, a ward of the court who lives at Hathaway Children & Family Services in Lake View Terrace, had been expelled from school last week, Pena said.

Police were concerned about the boy because he had missed taking his anti-depression medicine, Pena said. The boy, an American Indian, is 4 feet 9, has brown hair and brown eyes and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue-checked shirt and blue shorts.

In the other case, Marcus Leonard King, 13, was last seen about 7 p.m. Friday at Sunland Park. Marcus, who lives with his great-aunt in Sun Valley, has run away from home once before, Pena said.

Marcus, an African American, is 5 feet 4, has black hair and brown eyes and weighs 155 pounds. When he was last seen, he was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, long black shorts, white shoes and a black baseball cap with white lettering.
