Frank Thomas hit a go-ahead single in the 13th inning as the Chicago White Sox won their season-high seventh straight game, 4-3, over the Toronto Blue Jays in a rain-soaked SkyDome on Thursday night at Toronto.

A sudden shower forced a rare rain delay at SkyDome, where the retractable roof was open when bad weather moved in during the top of the sixth inning.

The 26-minute stoppage was the fourth and longest rain delay at SkyDome, which opened in 1989.
