Police Baffled by Vandalism to 70 Cars

More than 70 vehicles were vandalized in a residential neighborhood in Santa Cruz, and so far, police are baffled.
Tires were slashed and paint scratched over the weekend in what investigators described as a “random act of vandalism.”
Damage was expected to total tens of thousands of dollars.
