MTA Executive Will Leave Her Post

Tracy Daly, a top-level general manager at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, announced her resignation Thursday, according to an agency spokesman.
Daly oversees rail and bus operations in Central and West Los Angeles. A former assistant executive officer at Metrolink, Daly was hired in May 2002, after the MTA decentralized control of its buses and trains. Daly’s resignation is effective July 6. The spokesman said Daly is leaving to spend more time with her family.
