From Times Wire Reports

The anthrax cleanup is complete at Washington’s main mail processing and distribution center and it could reopen by summer, the Postal Service said.

The city’s Brentwood postal facility was closed Oct. 21, 2001, because of contamination from anthrax-laced letters sent to members of the Senate. Two postal workers died after contracting the illness.
