Goods valued at $1.5 million and believed to have been stolen from cargo containers and big rigs were recovered in North Hollywood and Glendale.

Authorities said they found car parts, headlights, power tools and furniture at a residence in the 6500 block of Gentry Avenue in North Hollywood and at a commercial building in the 400 block of Fernando Court in Glendale. Four people were arrested; their names were not released.

Investigators from the Sheriff’s Department; Los Angeles, Vernon and Glendale police departments; and the state Department of Insurance made the seizures about 12:30 p.m., said Sheriff’s Capt. Robert Osborne.
