Portion of PCH to Close for Bridge Construction

Pacific Coast Highway between the Terminal Island Freeway and Coil Avenue in Wilmington will be closed starting Monday for the construction of a bridge over the Alameda Corridor rail expressway.
The highway will be closed until at least next April, when two lanes are scheduled to be reopened in either direction.
During construction of the half-mile-long bridge, traffic will be detoured along Terminal Island Freeway, Sepulveda Boulevard, Alameda Street, Colon Street and Coil Avenue.
