Zydrunas Ilgauskas had a key basket, assist and block in overtime as the Cleveland Cavaliers ended a 16-game losing streak against the Philadelphia 76ers with a 91-88 win Saturday night in Cleveland.

The 7-foot-3 Ilgauskas scored 28 points, had eight rebounds and seven assists for the Cavaliers, who hadn’t beaten the 76ers since April 2, 1999, at Philadelphia.

Rookie LeBron James had 22 points, eight assists, five rebounds and a huge block with 11 seconds left in overtime for the Cavaliers, who won it with defense down the stretch.

With Cleveland leading, 90-88, James was caught by a pick in the lane but raced across the floor to block rookie Kyle Korver’s jump shot from the baseline. Korver then missed a three-point attempt with 5.5 seconds left, and Kevin Ollie made one of two free throws for Cleveland.

The 76ers played without their starting frontcourt for the second straight game. Derrick Coleman, Glenn Robinson and Kenny Thomas sat out with injuries. Allen Iverson, the NBA’s leading scorer, matched a season low with 19 points on eight-for-29 shooting.

Indiana 95, New York 94 -- Jermaine O’Neal put back a miss with three seconds left and Reggie Miller looked like his old self at Madison Square Garden, scoring a season-high 31 points to lead the Pacers. O’Neal grabbed Anthony Johnson’s missed three-point shot and made a short jump shot over Dikembe Mutombo for the victory.

Miller’s three-point basket gave Indiana a 93-92 lead with 49.2 seconds left. Mutombo, who had 13 points and 14 rebounds, tipped in Charlie Ward’s miss with 33.5 seconds left, giving New York a 94-93 lead.

New Jersey 100, Atlanta 85 -- Kenyon Martin is healthy again, and the Nets are recovering as well. Martin scored 11 of his 23 points in the third quarter at Atlanta, helping the Nets even their record at 5-5. When Martin sat out five games this month with a sprained left ankle, the two-time defending Eastern Conference champions fell to 3-5.

San Antonio 95, Washington 71 -- The Spurs overcame a slow start at Washington and their defense shut down the Wizards over the final three quarters to make the game a rout. The Wizards made only seven of 36 shots in the second and third quarters.

Memphis 108, Dallas 101 -- The Grizzlies’ Mike Miller scored six of his 22 points in overtime at Memphis. The Grizzlies opened the extra period with seven straight points. The Mavericks got within three, 102-99, on Antawn Jamison’s layup with 2:04 left, but got no closer.

Detroit 100, Phoenix 91 -- Chauncey Billups scored 12 of his 24 points in the fourth quarter at Phoenix, helping the Pistons end a three-game losing streak.

Milwaukee 100, Utah 95 -- The Bucks used a 13-0 run in the middle of the fourth quarter to pull away at Salt Lake City. Michael Redd scored 19 of his 25 points in the second half for the Bucks.

Seattle 98, Chicago 90 -- Rashard Lewis scored 27 points and Ronald Murray had 26, helping the SuperSonics deal the Bulls their sixth loss in seven home games.
