Motorcyclist Dies After Accident on Freeway

A 46-year-old Northridge woman has died from injuries she suffered after she lost control of her motorcycle and was thrown over a guardrail next to the Ronald Reagan Freeway in Simi Valley, authorities said Tuesday.
Tina Herman, who was injured about 12:30 p.m. Monday, died shortly before 7:30 p.m. at Simi Valley Hospital, Ventura County coroner’s officials said.
