Cos Im Free Tries to Make a Winning Move
The new week of racing begins with a pick-six carryover of $21,862.
On the eight-race card, the pick six begins with the third, a $2,500 claimer for older maiden fillies and mares at 300 yards.
A gray daughter of Bobby Beduino trained by Dan Francisco for owner Martha Wells, Cos Im Free is the likely favorite as she drops in class. Cody Jensen will ride.
The rest of the pick six includes two races for Arabians, a $5,000 claimer for 2-year-old maiden fillies, a $13,250 allowance for older horses and an $8,000 claimer for 3-year-olds and up.
Chickspecialmongoose, who is owned by Tom McEwen and trained by Dennis Givens, is the 9-5 favorite on Ed Burgart’s morning line in the allowance, which is the seventh on the program.

Four! Amender and Splash For Glory in the first, Cindys Morningstar and Seneca Dolly in the second, single Cos Im Free in the third and the Master Sprite-Dungali entry, B B Zell, Wilgo and The Final Answer in the fourth.
Shots in the dark: Scudd Run is a first-timer for trainer Dean Frey in the sixth. Mater could rebound in the eighth for trainer Jesus Nunez.
