FINAL 2002-03 NHL STANDINGS

The standings have been arranged to reflect how the teams will be determined for the playoffs. The three division winners(P--Pacific; C--Central; N--Northwest [Western Conference]; A--Atlantic; N--Northeast;S--Southeast [Eastern Conference] from each conference will be the top three seeds and the next five teams with the best recordswill be seeded fourth through eighth. If the playoffs started today, the top eight teams in each conference would make the playoffs, andthe top-seeded team would play the eighth-seeded team, the seventh would play the second, etc.
