Royaltime Classic One to Beat in Las Damas
Royaltime Classic, who lost by a nose to the talented Ab What A Runner on Sept. 13, heads a strong field of fillies and mares in tonight’s $50,000 Las Damas Handicap.
Trained by John Bassett for owners Jose and Victor Diaz, Royaltime Classic, a 4-year-old A Classic Dash mare, just missed in the Millie Vessels Memorial, a Grade I, about a month ago in her Los Alamitos debut. Royaltime Classic will be ridden by Jerry Yoakum.
