Police Seek Family of Man Found Near Jetty
Authorities are seeking the public’s help in finding family members of a man found in the water near the Seal Beach jetty.
Officials said Monday that they have identified the man through fingerprints as Dagoberto Antonio Siguenza, 65, who was about 5 feet 5 and weighed 121 pounds. His body was discovered Sept. 8.
The man was incorrectly identified at the time as Roberto Rios because he was wearing a hospital ID bracelet inscribed with that name, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call (714) 647-7410.
