Trainer Farias Does Best to Fill Card

Trainer Adan Farias, who consistently wins at a high percentage, will be busy tonight.

Farias will have starters in five of the eight races on the card, including Hugol in the feature, a $12,150 allowance for 2-year-olds at 350 yards.

In the opener, Farias will send out longshot Girls Apollo, a 2-year-old maiden filly. Then he’ll saddle Solferino, a once-beaten 2-year-old maiden filly in the third, Jet N Zack, who has won two in a row, in the fifth, Hugol in the seventh and Mobile Number in the eighth.

Hugol will break from the inside post in the field of eight as he tries for his second victory in three races. Trend And Blend, Sheza Heart Charmer, Good As Good Bye, Frequent Strawflyer, Frankly First, Ep Special and Red Hot Moment complete the field.
