Newport Names New Councilman
Newport Beach has a new City Council member: Steven Rosansky, a local restaurateur, real estate professional and member of the city’s Parks, Beaches and Recreation Commission.
Rosansky was appointed by the council late Tuesday to finish the term of Gary Proctor, who resigned last month.
That term ends in November 2004, a city spokeswoman said.
