Authorities, Volunteers Search for Missing Man
Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies, family members and dozens of volunteers searched Saturday for a man missing since March 26, authorities said.
Timothy Verne Perryman, 53, was last seen that day about 2 p.m. after he parked his vehicle in the driveway of his home in the 29100 block of Garden Oaks Court and walked away, authorities said.
Perryman suffers from undisclosed medical problems and depression, authorities said. Previous searches involving scent dogs have been unsuccessful.
Perryman is white, 5 foot 9, and 185 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He has a scar on the right side of his nose and a birthmark on the right side of his face, from his upper lip to his eyebrow, authorities said.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Det. Diane Harris at (323) 890-5500.
