Input sought on HUD aid
The Los Angeles County Community Development Commission is holding public meetings to hear thoughts on how $53 million in federal housing and community development funds should be distributed to assist low- and moderate-income areas and individuals.
Residents of unincorporated areas will discuss existing resources in their communities and priorities for future funding. That input will help shape the county’s one- and five-year plans for use of the funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
