Developers Invited to Santa Paula Event

Eager to promote construction of new housing, the city of Santa Paula is inviting all area developers to attend a special workshop on April 28.
The forum will cover a range of potential housing sites and incentives offered by the city, officials said. Other topics include financial resources and an overview of examples of successful projects.
The 2004 Developers’ Workshop will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Santa Paula Train Depot, 200 North 10th St.
