Police Seek Drive-by Killer of Man in Car

Police were seeking the driver of a green Toyota Camry who was suspected of shooting into another vehicle and killing a 35-year-old man.
Officers said the body of Alberto Encinas was found about 6 p.m. Monday in a black compact sedan parked in the 500 block of west 3rd Street in San Pedro.
