Man Held After Trying to Escape in Underwear
A Siskiyou County man was arrested in his underwear after jumping out a second-floor window and bolting from deputies at a ranch owned by actor Steven Seagal, authorities said.
Joshua Lee, 25, was arrested by Siskiyou County sheriff deputies on warrants charging hit-and-run driving and a probation violation.
When deputies serving the warrants arrived at Lee’s parents’ home about 5 a.m. Thursday, Lee, dressed only in boxer shorts, reportedly vaulted out of a second-story window onto a porch roof. Lee was tackled by a deputy, but was able to slip away. He also evaded the sheriff’s canine unit, but was found a short time later in a ditch.
