Predators Get Sullivan

The Nashville Predators acquired forward Steve Sullivan from Chicago on Monday for two second-round draft picks.

Sullivan, 29, was the Blackhawks’ leading scorer with 15 goals and 28 assists.

He has scored more than 20 goals in each of the last five seasons and has reached at least 60 points in each of the last four.

He has 166 goals and 253 assists in 573 games over nine seasons with New Jersey, Toronto and Chicago.

Edmonton put goaltender Ty Conklin and forward Brad Isbister on the injured list.

The Oilers acquired Tyler Moss from Vancouver to replace Conklin, who broke two bones in his right hand over the weekend, and sent forward Peter Sarno to Vancouver.

Isbister has a sprained right ankle.
