Three Suspects Held in Fatal Bombing

Three men have been arrested in connection with an apparent suicide attack that killed four Afghan intelligence agents and their driver this week during a constitutional convention in Kabul, state television reported.
Homemade bombs were also discovered in the Kabul raids, the report said, citing unidentified Afghan officials.
Television footage showed three young men in traditional Afghan dress with pressure-cookers containing wires and powder -- reportedly explosives.
