Child Molester Gets Two 25-Years-to-Life Terms
A registered sex offender who pleaded no contest to molesting teenage boys after luring them to his skateboarding team was sentenced Wednesday to two consecutive sentences of 25 years to life, prosecutors said.
Nicky Hernandez, 36, also known as Ethan Marrick, attracted the boys via the Internet to his West Hollywood home.
Hernandez previously served six years for child molestation, according to officials. He was found guilty of two counts of lewd acts on a minor and sentenced in accordance with California’s three-strikes law.
