U.S. and North Korea in High-Level Talks
Secretary of State Colin L. Powell and North Korean Foreign Minister Paek Nam Sun discussed the nuclear standoff on the Korean peninsula in the highest-level meeting between their two countries in two years, a State Department spokesman said.
