Re “Fit to Be Tied, Council May Ban Silly String in City Parks, Streets,” July 10: Ban silly string? Nothing more important for the L.A. City Council?
Well, it’s nice to know that with such unimportant things like flashlight beatings by the LAPD going on, the City Council has time to actually consider a law banning the “outside use” of silly string.
Pardon me while I recover my breath -- from constant laughter.
