Police Seek Driver Who Caused Fatal Accident
Anaheim police are seeking the driver of a vehicle they say started a chain reaction accident Thursday that left two people dead and three seriously injured.
Police said the car, a gold or bronze 1996 to 1998 Pontiac Grand Am, was traveling west in the 3100 block of West Ball Road about 9 p.m. when the driver made a left turn and struck a GMC Jimmy.
The GMC then struck a Honda Civic traveling in the opposite direction.
A 22-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl in the Civic died at the scene. The driver of the first car failed to stop, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call (714) 765-1861 or (714) 765-1577.
