Federal Charges Filed Against Activist in Fire

A man who allegedly confessed to setting a fire July 8 at Brigham Young University in the name of the Animal Liberation Front was charged in federal court in Salt Lake City.
Harrison David Burrows, 18, who the FBI said confessed, was charged with destruction of property by fire and use of a destructive device.
