Attorney Faces Theft and Tax Charges

A Huntington Harbour lawyer was charged Thursday with stealing from his clients and failing to pay taxes, officials said.
Eric Monroe St. John, 54, faces 24 felony counts when he is arraigned July 2, said Mark Macaulay of the district attorney’s office. St. John’s wife, Diana, 56, is also charged with failing to file state tax returns.
