Odds Are in Jones’ Favor in the La Pacifica

Share

It will be a surprise if trainer Paul Jones doesn’t win tonight’s $26,600 La Pacifica Handicap.

Jones has four of the six entrants in the 350-yard race for 3-year-old fillies, including Willie Gotta Pie, who has won two in a row.

Willie Gotta Pie will be a lot shorter price than she has been in her two most recent victories. She was 8-1 on Jan. 10, then 23-1 on Feb. 20.
