Undeterred by the ratings problems some reality shows have been experiencing this season, ABC said Tuesday that it plans to introduce a full night of them in January after “Monday Night Football” concludes its season.

Starting Jan. 17, the network’s prime-time lineup Mondays will consist of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition: How’d They Do That?” at 8 p.m., “The Bachelorette” at 9 p.m. and “Supernanny” at 10 p.m.

The latter show, based on a British series, features professional nanny Jo Frost moving in with a family and then offering solutions for dealing with whatever issues exist with the children, from discipline to cleanliness.
