Schools: No classes will be held at public schools, UC Riverside, Riverside Community College, College of the Desert, Mt. San Jacinto College or Palo Verde College.
Banks: Banks will be closed.
Mail: There will be no delivery, and post offices will be closed.
Libraries: County and city libraries will be closed.

Trash collection: Trash will not be collected. Pickup will be delayed a day.

San Bernardino County
Schools: No classes will be held at public schools, Loma Linda University, Cal State San Bernardino, Crafton Hills College, Barstow Community College or the University of Redlands.
