Re “Border Watchers Capture Their Prey -- the Media,” April 5: It’s horrifying to see Arizona vigilantes refer to Mexican immigrants’ “fresh pair of prints” as if stalking animals. Arizona belonged to Mexico before the U.S. annexed it. What’s the process for de-annexation?
