From Times Staff and Wire Reports
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Thursday set April 11 for the election to fill the unexpired term of Rep. Randy “Duke” Cunningham, a Rancho Santa Fe Republican, who resigned after pleading guilty to bribery and tax evasion.
