Long-lost classic to hit screens

Milestone Film & Video has partnered with the Nederlands Filmmuseum to handle distribution of “Beyond the Rocks,” the recently rediscovered silent classic starring Gloria Swanson and Rudolph Valentino. For many years, only a one-minute fragment was thought to exist, making the film one of the silent era’s most sought-after documents. The film is slated to open theatrically in North America this year and to be released on DVD in 2006.
