Re “Call ‘Negotiated’ Drug Prices What They Really Are: Price Controls,” Commentary, Jan. 21: Would Benjamin Zycher explain why it’s good business when Wal-Mart uses its market power to extract lower and lower prices from vendors but “price controls” when federal programs do the exact same thing?
