Former L90 Executive Indicted in Fraud Case

A former senior vice president of Internet advertising company L90 Inc. was charged with artificially inflating revenue to meet analyst expectations, the Justice Department said.
A federal grand jury in Los Angeles indicted Keith Jon Kaplan, 36, of Westport, Conn., on charges of conspiracy, securities fraud and falsification of records. If convicted on all counts, Kaplan faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in federal prison.
