2 Killed in Collapse at Former Shipyard
From Times Wire Reports
A piece of a giant metal frame that once held shipbuilding cranes collapsed onto a building at a former shipyard in Braintree, killing two workers and injuring four others, two seriously, authorities said.
One man was killed when the building collapsed on top of the vehicle he was sitting in. Search dogs found the body of the second man later in the rubble.
Shipyard owner Dan Quirk said the massive structure was in the process of being dismantled when it gave way.
