Red Cross Employee Found Shot Dead

A kidnapped Haitian employee of the International Committee of the Red Cross was found shot to death near his home, the organization said.
Joel Cauvin, was abducted Wednesday evening and found dead the next day, the committee said. The Geneva-based organization said it was “extremely concerned about the growing insecurity in Haiti.”
