Volcom IPO Could Generate $91.4 Million

Shares of Volcom Inc., a youth apparel maker that is preparing to go public, are expected to be priced from $15 to $17, according to a regulatory filing.
The Costa Mesa firm intends to issue almost 4.2 million shares, and stockholders will offer an additional 500,000, it said.
Volcom hopes to raise as much as $91.4 million in the initial public offering, according to the amended filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
