Freeway accident -- A news brief in the March 1 California section of the Orange County Edition misstated two facts about a fatal traffic accident on the Riverside Freeway near Lemon Street. The accident occurred at 8:30 p.m., not 10:30 p.m., and the victim, 28-year-old Wendy Trujillo, was from Anaheim, not La Palma.

She was westbound near Lemon Street when, for unknown reasons, her car rammed into a metal fence on the right shoulder and flipped, a California Highway Patrol spokesperson said. Trujillo was not wearing a seat belt, officials said.
