City Offers Reward in Tustin Man’s Shooting
Cerritos has offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those who fired into a car, injuring a Tustin man, officials said Saturday.
Juan Candela-Carmona, 27, was driving near Artesia Boulevard and Bloomfield Avenue in Cerritos when a black GMC Yukon with tinted windows pulled alongside his car about 1:50 a.m. Friday. Several shots were fired, injuring Candela-Carmona and causing him to be hospitalized, according to police.
The shooting may have stemmed from an earlier argument at a nightclub, police said.
