Foreign grosses for “Kingdom of Heaven” continued to surpass domestic as Ridley Scott’s Crusades epic racked up an additional $28.6 million in its second week overseas, 20th Century Fox International reported. Including France and Italy, two of the few markets where Fox is not the film’s distributor, the film has grossed about $103 million internationally and $35.1 million domestically.
