I moved to Boston a few months back so it’s hard to keep track, but I was just wondering: Does everyone in Westwood still hate Karl Dorrell?

Big thanks to T.J. Simers and the legions of fans that have underestimated Karl Dorrell’s coaching ability. The crescendo of boos, provoked by UCLA’s apparent decision to punt in the fourth quarter of a close game, helped to sell perhaps the biggest play of the year -- a fake punt, executed perfectly against Cal. In order to defeat a genius like Jeff Tedford, Dorrell harnessed the collective angst of thousands of naysayers and played you all like a violin. “Dullard” indeed ... like a fox.
