For Some, The Times Leans Too Far to the Left
“Black and White and Read by Fewer” (Oct. 10), on the decline in newspaper readership, has one theme in common with all The Times’ preceding puzzling about this situation: It does not discuss the product.
The almost universal left-wing attitude that permeates The Times, even into the Sports, Calendar and Business sections, turns many people off.
Why open up the paper only to have the system that appeals to many savaged each day?
