Forget Blame Game and the Name Game

I can understand that T.J. Simers is no fan of UCLA football Coach Karl Dorrell, but why must he be so rude in his column by calling Mr. Dorrell, “Karl Dullard”?

I can only imagine what goes through impressionable young minds when they read a noted columnist taking such a low road in sports reporting. What kind of lessons are we teaching our young children by this type of so-called reporting?

Newsflash: UCLA starts off 2-0 and Karl Dorrell finally raises his coaching record to above .500 at 14-13.

Reaction: I suggest he retire now so it will stay that way and he can go out with a winning record.
