The Beavers (10-11, 3-7) beat the Bears, 72-64, at Haas Pavilion on Jan. 7 but were never in this game as they continue to struggle without point guard Lamar Hurd. The senior has missed five games in a row because of a groin injury

Hernandez finished with 20 points and Matt Haryasz had 24 points and 14 rebounds for Stanford (11-7, 7-3), which has won four in a row and seven of its last eight.
