Bush Signs Extension of Patriot Act to March 10

President Bush signed an extension of the Patriot Act at his ranch near Crawford.
The legislation extends the anti-terrorism law until March 10 to allow for further negotiations with the Senate to resolve concerns about protecting civil liberties. Bush has sought permanent renewal of the act.
